- My password reset link doesn't work
- Reset links expire 60 minutes after the email is sent. If yours has expired or the link looks malformed, request a fresh one from the forgot password page. If a fresh link still doesn't work, email [email protected] and we'll reset it for you manually.
- I didn't get my verification email

Check your spam folder first — verification mail comes from
noreply@at your job board's domain. If it's not there, sign in to your profile and use "Resend verification email." Still nothing? Email us and we'll verify the account by hand. - How do I unsubscribe from job alerts?
- Every job alert email has a one-click "Unsubscribe" link in the headers — most modern mail clients show it as a button at the top. You can also manage individual alerts (or remove them all) from the Job alerts page on any of our job boards once you're signed in.
- How do I change my email address?
- Sign in, update it from your profile, and save — the change is instant. Your account moves back into "email not verified" state until you confirm the new address; we'll send a verification email there as soon as you save.
- How do I delete my account and my data?
- You can delete your account from the bottom of your profile. Deletion permanently removes your alerts, reminders, conversations, and uploaded CV; existing applications are anonymised so the employer can't identify you. We retain a hashed proof-of-erasure record so we can answer any future "did you delete my data?" question. Full details are in our privacy policy.
- Can I update my cookie or analytics preferences?
- Yes — use the floating "🍪 Cookies" button at the bottom-right of every page, or the "Privacy & cookies" section of your profile. Your account-level choice follows you across every Future Tech Jobs site you sign in to.
- A job listing looks fraudulent or shouldn't be there
- Email [email protected] with the listing URL and a sentence on what's wrong. We review reports daily and remove anything that violates our terms.
For employers
Posting, billing, and managing your listings.
- How do I post a job?
- Visit the Post a job page on whichever Future Tech Jobs board fits your role best — there's a link in the top navigation of every board. Fill in the role details, choose a tier and duration, and pay via Stripe. After a quick quality review, your listing goes live — typically within a couple of hours. Pricing, tier comparisons and bulk-discount enquiries live on each board's Hire page.
