These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of any site in the Future Tech Jobs family of specialist tech job boards (each a "Website"). By accessing or using any Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Websites.
1. Use of the Website
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Website. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old.
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Website in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website or interfere with any other party's use of the Website.
2. User Accounts
In order to access certain features of the Website, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
One account across the network. A single user account works across every site in the Future Tech Jobs family. Signing in on any one Website signs you in across the network, and your profile, applications, and preferences are shared between them. If you previously held separate accounts on individual Websites, your most recently used credentials apply.
Account security is your responsibility. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. We offer passwordless sign-in methods (passkeys, magic links, "Sign in with LinkedIn") and two-factor authentication ("2FA") so you can choose the security model that suits you. If you enable 2FA and mark a browser as "trusted" to skip the second-factor prompt, it remains your responsibility to keep your trusted-devices list curated and to revoke any device you no longer recognise. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Job Listings and Applications
The Website may include job listings and allow users to apply for job opportunities. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any job listings or the suitability of any job opportunities. We are not responsible for any employment decisions made by employers or recruiters.
You acknowledge and agree that we may share your job application materials with employers and recruiters in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Website without our prior written consent.
